Have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality to handle sensitive employee and company information.

 

Proficient in providing administrative support to executives, performing office and clerical duties such as organizing, compiling and updating company personnel records and documentation. Documented success in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF / Adobe Livecycle with a little experience in using Adobe Photoshop.

 

Have experience in managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off. A team player with strong interpersonal skill who works collaboratively and effectively communicates with all levels of staff.
